Meet Kathy

Kathy Fischer’s real estate career began in 2003, and she currently works in John L. Scott’s Medford office. Prior to real estate, she worked as a sales and marketing manager at a restoration company, in a hotel and for airlines in Los Angeles as a supervisor and airport manager.

With more than a decade of real estate experience under her belt, Kathy’s clients know they can trust her and that she will always have their best interests in mind. Her aim is to bring a comfortable feel to the buying or selling process, while still maintaining a high standard of professionalism and know-how.

Kathy works with clients and properties of various types in the areas of Medford, Central Point, Eagle Point, Rogue River, Talent and Ashland. She is a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and loves assisting seniors in the downsizing process. Kathy also enjoys helping first-time home buyers find the perfect home for their budget and lifestyle.

Volunteering is important to Kathy. She serves as president of the Medford Earth Angel Foundation and has chaired the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors’ annual non-profit event. Other non-profit associations that are close to Kathy’s heart are CAC – Children’s Advocacy Center which helps children recover from child abuse and find safety, as well as Redemption Ridge a non-profit aiming to provide healing and restoration to victims of domestic sex trafficking. In her free time, Kathy can be found boating, camping, gardening, eating out, playing with her pets or traveling!
